introduce a new employee to the organization, unit and job. Training
involves the acquisition of new skills, concepts, attitude that improves the
employee performance.

 Learning:

• After this study we came across how people and organization help
handicapped and disable person without any motive.

• H.R system it is very broad, it not only include recruiting and selecting
the good people but also to achieve the goal of the organization and also
satisfying the people in the organization.
• Warmth from people can do wonders, in such times of crises. But equally
important is that the society accepts the challenge of educating, training
and rehabilitating them.
• But unfortunately, today, there are very few institutions that look after
these physically challenged people.
