Respectfully furnishing a copy of PMRB Resolution No. 1, series of 2017, “ A

Resolution Forwarding the Petition/Request for Declaration of a Mineralized Area Covering
80.0 hectares located in Barangay Masgad, Municipality of Malimono, Province of Surigao
del Norte into a People’s Small Scale Mining Area or Minahang Bayan by the Barangay Local
Government Unit (BLGU) of Masgad, Malimono, Surigao del Norte to the Office of the
Regional Director, Mines and Geosciences Bureau Region-13, for appropriate action.”

Relative thereof, we respectfully request your Office for the issuance of an Area
Status Clearance of the proposed Minahang Bayan and for the conduct of Geological
Assessment technical evaluation and site verification of the said 80 has. located at Barangay
Masgad, Malimono, Surigao del Norte.

In support whereof, we attached herewith the photocopy of the sketch map

representing the applied area, the petition for declaration into a Minahang Bayan by the
concerned party under Resolution No. 23, series of 2016, Barangay Masgad Resolution No.
24, series of 2016 and PMRB Resolution No. 1, series of 2017 for your guidance and
information.
