❖ Transport fees is subject to change according to external factors like drastic fuel price variations.
❖ Transport facility will be fully air conditioned & equipped with GPS system & vehicle tracking system.
Terms and Conditions:

• The fee structure is only for the academic year 2018-2019 and the school management holds the right to change
the fee structure for the subsequent years.
• Books, Stationery, Dress would be charged as per the actuals.
• Field trips and inhouse school activities are included, excursions to be paid as per the actuals.
• In case of loss / Misplacement of RFID card the cost of INR 500 to be paid for re-issue of new card.
• Sibling discount of 25% on Tuition Fee for the younger sibling would be offered whereas full fee would be charged
for the eldest sibling.
• Sibling discount provided to the younger sibling would be discontinued in case the eldest child exits the school
before completing the schooling with BTGS, else the discounts would continue for the younger child till they study
at BTGS.
• For Kindergarten and Grades 1st to 3rd an option of EXTENDED STAY is available till 3:30 PM, a fee of INR 12000 P.A.
would be charged for the same and payable along with the 1st Instalment of Tuition & Other fee.
• Yearly fees would be payable as per the BTGS Terms and Conditions.
• In case of leaving the School in between the academic session, Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the
payment of complete term fee.
• Late fees of INR 100 per day will be charged in case of payment made after the due date.
• Quarterly Instalments will be for:

• The fees will be collected in School Admin Office between 9.30 AM to 2.30 PM on all working days by Cash / Cheque
/ DD/ PO Or the same can be paid by RTGS / Net Banking.
