Promenade on April 4, 2018 (Wednesday), which was originally scheduled March 23, 2018.

Attached is the proposed schedule of practice for the parts of the program and the cotillion. Also attached
is the proposed set of Committees and their respective members. We would again like to subject the same
for your approval for finalization and distribution to all members of the committees in the soonest
possible time.

We believe that holding the LHS Promenade will again foster the bonds of friendship and camaraderie of
our students in Grades 9 and 10 and will help them build even deeper friendships that will transcend
differences and distances and will stand the test of time.

Sir:

The Laboratory High School of this Campus will be holding the annual Laboratory High School Promenade
and Ball on the 4th of April, 2018 at the Jose D. Aspiras Hall. It will be a night-long activity which will start
at 6:00 P.M. and will last 5 to 6 hours.

With our intention of giving our students this once in a lifetime experience a full and unhampered
enjoyment, may we request that our students be exempted from the curfew hours which the local
government and the Police may be enforcing in this municipality.

Moreover, we would like to request Police Visibility during the affair to augment the security force of the
campus in ensuring the safety of the participants and in safeguarding the solemnity of the occasion as
well.

As part of our high school students’ annual activities, the Laboratory High School will again hold its LHS
Promenade and Ball this month. The schedule set by the office is on April 4, 2018 at 6:00 P.M.

In connection to this, we would like to ask permission for the use of the JDA Hall on the said date for the
whole day and on April 3, 2018 for the general practice.
