Appointment as Ambassador 

With reference to our previous conversations and the interview you had with us, we are pleased to 
appoint you as an “Ambassador” for our organization for the period effective from August 12, 2010 
to December 15, 2010 on the following terms and conditions: 

1. The break‐up of the total emoluments payable to you is given in the Annexure‐1.  
2. During  the  entire  term  mentioned  above,  you  will  be  working  in  Symbiosis  Institute  of 
Business  Management  campus.  Also,  you  are  required  to  visit  the  nearby  campuses  to 
advertise and market the company from time to time. 
3. You can terminate this agreement by giving one month notice. 
4.  You are required to maintain the highest order of discipline and secrecy as regards the work 
of  the  company  and  in  case  of  any  breach  of  discipline/trust,  your  services  may  be 
terminated by the company with immediate effect. 
5. It  must  be  clearly  understood  that  the  management  does  not  take  any  obligation 
whatsoever to absorb or employ you in the company's establishment after the completion 
of  the  above  period.  You  shall  not  be  entitled  to  any  kind  of  compensation  for  not  being 
absorbed  in  the  establishment  and  you  shall  have  no  claim  of  whatsoever  nature  on  the 
Establishment/Management.

copy of this letter.
