Yes, team spirit is vital and can be developed, maintained and enhance.
In this program, we place emphasis on three dynamics - Team Leadership, Team Problem
solving and Team relationship. Our approach is to re-generate the Passion in work live,
aligning individual aspirations with that of the organization and breaking down physical and
emotional barriers of the members as well as instilling team leadership characteristics.

Our approach:
This Two Day One Night Program will be conducted both indoor and outdoor. We will focus
on learning to Lead better, Relate compassionately and Build a harmonious Team so that
together we can contribute towards UTAR Vision: ‘To be a global university of educational
excellence with transformative societal impact’.
