Dear Sir/ Madame:

In line with the celebration of the 13th Masbol Festival of the Municipality of
Sarangani which is themed “Ksasatu Na Kasaglabat I Katbul: Lahing Hinabi Ng
Kapayapaan at Pagkakaisa” on June 1 to 8, 2018, we would like to invite you for
the Opening Program on June 1, 2018 at 8:00AM.

Moreover, this activity shall be attended by the Blaan, Sangir, Filipino –Indonesian
Community and other cultural group within the Municipality of Sarangani. Various
presentations coming from the different cultural groups are expected to perform
during this magnanimous event. Furthermore, the School of Living Tradition (SLT)
Sarangani learners with the cultural masters will also be showcasing their cultural
talents and various indigenous skills in Performing Arts, Culinary and Basketry.
