Evangelizing Around the Globe to Jews & Gentiles

Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom – Psalm 145:3

March 2015

Shalom and Greetings from Tanzania Dear Praying Friends,

Here is the latest news regarding my injury and also our mission trip here in Tanzania. First we
would like to thank God for you. Your prayers have been a great blessing in the midst of a difficult
challenge. As you know I took a fall on January 24th while away from home (1/2 way around the
world) and broke my wrist. The Lord has been gracious in helping me to continue on with our
schedule after a 10 day rest. The doctor was a little concerned that I would be traveling to Africa
and not see him for almost 4 weeks. He warned us about the bumpy roads and the need to keep my
wrist from being bumped around. The roads have been a challenge but I just hold my arm tight. A
few days ago we had a meeting with a Pastor and when he saw me he was so surprised. He thought I
stayed behind because of my condition. My broken wrist has been a testimony to many. I chose
Psalm 145:3 to share because we have a BIG God. Going through life’s difficult challenges the
question is, How Big is God? We may even wonder if God is big enough to care about “little me” or
can He solve my current crisis. He does care and He is all powerful! The more we meditate on God’s
Word, the more faith we have to face the struggles of life. I love reading about leaders like Joshua,
David and Nehemiah who overcame huge obstacles by focusing on God’s greatness rather than on
their own weakness. So I am giving God all the glory for His Greatness.

We have a doctor who sits on the board of Naomi Ruth Bread of

Life and he suggested I come to the hospital to have an x-ray
done on my wrist. He wanted to see how my bones were lining
up. We went to the government hospital here in Mbeya and I had
the x-ray. Dr. Joel was so excited when he showed us the film and
my bones were lined up perfectly. He said, “It is a miracle”. I am
overjoyed and so grateful for what the Lord has done. To God be
the Glory! In less than a week we will be back in the States and I
will see the doctor and I’m praying I will get this cast off. Thank
you so much for your prayers dear friends.

The mission trip has been very fruitful. We conducted seminars

with Pastors and leaders to prepare them for a future Jewish
Outreach in the North of Tanzania. A team from Germany joined
us in the north and also in Morogoro where we conducted a 3
day outreach to the Masai and also in the city. We thank God for
the souls saved and the believers that were encouraged.

We are now in the south where we have an orphan project

called Naomi Ruth Bread of Life Orphan Centers which is a
branch of World Mission Outreach. We have been busy with this project and also connecting with
Pastors for a citywide outreach in September 2015. We are very thankful for the divine appointments
and connections as well as the favor the Lord has given to us.

Our General Manager here in Tanzania is Maara Heather and she

moved here from New Zealand last September. It has been
wonderful to see how she is learning the language and culture.
She is actually speaking! She is also driving here which is really
challenging. She loves the children and has been such a
blessing. She is serving by faith as we do. We are very proud of
her and thank God. Please pray for her as it is very challenging
here. When we see what the Lord has done in these orphans,
we know it is worth it. We
hope and pray to acquire
land to build an orphan
village that is self sustained.
Our main focus is of course Jesus. We look at our kids as future
world changers for Jesus. Thank you for your prayers for World
Mission Outreach and Naomi Ruth Bread of Life Orphan Centers.

Additional Prayer Requests:

• Upcoming Messiah in the Passover meetings in the States. This is a busy time for us and we
pray for strength and travel safety

• Re-entry back home to Israel and favor with the government in all matters

• Divine appointments and Divine connections

• Provision – As you know World Mission Outreach is faith based and funded by gifts from
Christians committed to sharing God’s Word with both Jews and Gentiles

May the Lord bless you as you meditate on the truth of His Word and may He impart the faith you
need to face the struggles of life.

With much love in Him,

Darlene and Henry
