I, FRANCIS A. MOSQUERA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Pototan, Iloilo hereinafter referred as the SELLER in consideration of the sum
of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 50,000) of which sum is hereby
acknowledged in full, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY,
absolutely and unconditionally, in favor of IRENEO D. BRAGANCIA, of legal
age, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Casalsagan, Pototan, Iloilo, Lot particularly
described as follow (See Table A).

is signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page
