Mobile phones

Mobile phone is one of many gifts of science. It is a gift to society. It has revolutionized
the world of communication. Now a person can have communication anywhere, anytime
to anyone sitting thousands of kilometers away from him.

Though a small instrument, it can perform big functions. Because mobile phones have
already started functioning as more than just communication devices. They serve as
watches and alarm clocks. Even with the limited free games that come with basic
phones ,they are already good for ‘’time-pass’’. They can also function as calculators
but one of the main uses nowdays is to use them to navigate in the internet, social
networks .

But the use of this device can bring positive and negative effects. As for the positive
ones is true that mobile phone have revolutionized lives. They have proved to be very
useful and beneficial. They ensure quick communication. They are performing wonfers
in the field of bussines, culture ,trade and commerce.

But thought the advantages of mobile phones are many , their faults are not few in
numbers. Mobile phones are an obvious cause of “time-wastage”. Usually people are
seen busy with playing games, listening music , using the internet , chatting for hours on
cell phones wich is not good for health and not good morally. The young students
instead of paying attention to their studies , they fall victim to the charms of the mobile
phones and waste their time in useless activities. Also mobiles have become a definite
cause of lawlessness. The unregistered mobile connections have given rise to criminal
activities on society.

By all this its understandable that mobile phones are a benefit only for those who are in
real need of them , those who know to use it when its useful and those who use it
without causing negative consequencies in their lives. But they are a curse for those
who waste time and money on them and the most important for those who destroy their
fizical and mental health by using this form of technology.
