He listens to the opinion of his co-workers and brings in constructive ideas whenever he can. Jakob often demonstrated that is eager to add value by ‘asking questions and offering help to his colleagues. He showed great interest in the various backgrounds of the people he engages with. In the HappyGoRunning event and the Active Campus Europe project Jakob introduced his own opinion and contributed to the improvement processes. Jakob managed to independently organize a successful promotion campaign for the HappyGoRunning event and assisted in the organization, His professional product will help the department to organize the HappyGoRunning event more efficient. New interns will easily find their way in the event organization and have a guideline to promote the event. We value his tips for improvement and look forward to implementing them next year.
