HEADLIGHTS
The headlights are controlled by means of the two-position switch:
Pos. 1 : Parking Lights [Stable].
Pos. 2 : Low beam - Full beam headlights. [Stable].
Change from Low Beam to Full Beam using the light switch.
TURN - EMERGENCY INDICATORS
The emergency indicators come on when the corresponding switch is activated.
The turn indicators come on when the light switch is activated.
STOP
The Stop light comes on when the brake pedal is pressed down (Pressure Switch).
HORN
The gear switch is used for the acoustic signal.

The stabiliser solenoid valve command is enabled when the Ecu control unit [Q8]
provides voltage to button I6-Enable Stabilisers [Light ON].
The stabilisers are enabled when the boom is both retracted Ecu[In11] and lowered
Ecu[In12] and consequently the corresponding rear sensors are ON.
The control unit operating logic Ecu[In2] can be pby-passed by means of button I8-
Rollover protection OFF.

By activating the alarm, the Rollover Protection control unit enables the boom to
operate and limits its actions if it reaches the thresholds set in the calibration stage.
The alarm output can be By-passed by means of button I8-Rollover Protection OFF.(
Control Unit Ecu[In2]).
The stabiliser input IS is connected to the Control Unit Ecu[Q2] output which is
obtained when the RH stabilisers , Ecu[In7], and LH stabilisers , Ecu[In9], are both
lowered and consequently the corresponding sensors are ON.

The Sauer Transmission control unit controls the hydraulic pump and consequently the
incoming - outcoming movement of the enabling signals supplied by the control unit
Ecu [Q11-Q12] and the gear switch to the control unit Ecu [In4-In5].
Note that the Sauer transmission contol unit Note that the Sauer Transmission Control
Unit uses the inching signal, consequently the first control must always be made on
the working order of this sensor [Dashboard Panel].
The movement can only be carried out if both the stabilisers are up and consequently
the corresponding sensors are ON - Ecu [In6-In8], if the negative brake command has
been given Ecu [Q9] and if the seat microswitch Ecu [In10] detects the presence of a

seated person. The signal corresponding to the seat microswitch input has a 4s de-
energising delay controlled by a software timer to guarantee continuity in the
movement of the machine.
Note that the Sauer Transmission Control Unit uses the inching signal, consequently
the first control must always be made on the working order of this sensor.
The first speed is always set by the Ecu [Q10] until the boom is completely retracted
and lowered Ecu [In11-In12].

The Joystick controls the movement of the boom according to the enabling signals
