The below mentioned Asstt. Managers in the scale of pay of ` 29100-3%-54500 (IDA)
(Pre-revised) are promoted to the post of Dy. Manager in the scale of pay of ` 32900-3%-58000
(IDA) (Pre-revised) with effect from 01st April, 2018 and they are transferred & posted to the
location mentioned against each. Their promotion is subject to joining the new place of posting
latest by 30.04.2018:

2. The pay in the scale of pay of ` 32900-3%-58000 (IDA) (Pre-revised), in respect of above
executives shall be fixed by Finance Division, Corporate Office in accordance with the
relevant rules.
3. In terms of clause 12.7 of Promotion Policy and Rules for NHPC Executives, the executive(s),
who do not join at their respective new place of posting in the field on promotion within the
stipulated period, their promotion shall stand automatically cancelled. Further, on joining at
their new place of posting, officers shall have to mandatorily complete required field
experience for the post they are promoted to, failing which their promotion shall stand
cancelled with effect from the date of promotion.
4. The above promotion is however subject to the final outcome of the Court Case pending in
Hon'ble Supreme Court of India relating to Promotion Policy and Rules for NHPC Executives.
5. The services of above executives shall be governed by the terms and conditions of their offer
of appointment and further Rules and Regulations of the Corporation as amended from time
to time.
6. The admissibility of TTA and Joining Time shall be regulated as per rules.
