- Certificate of Good Health from a medical doctor or a hospital.
- Certified true copy of High School transcripts’ certificate.
- Certified true copy of University Admission.
- Certified translation of any document not in the language of the Application Form.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All information requested must be provided, otherwise the application cannot be processed or will entirely be disqualified.
- Short-listed applicants will be interviewed by IsDB.
- Giving false information may result in either cancellation of already approved application or termination of scholarship.
- Selected students will be notified by the Scholarship Division.
- Selected applicants will be asked to sign a Scholarship Bond, confirming their commitment to refund the scholarship as highlighted in the
Announcement Poster.
