SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS
The Luminaire shall be a Sylvania Twist-Pak Refractor design PTR (specify
exact catalog number) arranged for a (specily lamp) lamp and supplied with
(specify voltage and ballast lype) integral ballast mounled in the cast alumi-
num slip fitter base. The Luminaire shall be factory-wired and supplied with
2V of +16 wire for pole base connection. The Luminaire optical assembly
shall incorporate a (specify refractor distribution type) refractor and a spun
aluminum top canopy. The complete Lumlnaire shall be installed to a Syl-
vania aluminum pole (specify pole catalog number as listed on catalog
oL-109/1).
