Staffing and Master Schedule Storyboard

First, the students arrive at school every day
and go about their daily routines, taking
tests, socializing, and learning. Some
students continue to arrive while some
students choose not to return to the school.
Next, a group of highly important
individuals come together and create the
master schedule relying heavily on data-
driven decision-making using the data that
has been collected throughout the school
year.
The data personnel appointed to collect
student data also arrives every day and
monitors student successes and failures and
continues to collect data throughout the
school year.
Lastly, the master schedule is complete and
students are learning at high levels because
the changes that have been made based on
the data that was collected combined with
great educators help ensure that.
The school principal and the data collector
get together frequently before, during, and
after creating the master schedule to ensure
that they can create a learning environment
that maximizes student learning/success.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience
with staffing and creating the master
schedule. I found it very informative and
believe that the school is doing a great job at
maximizing student leaning.
