Abstract:

In order to protect the user's personal privacy, before uploading medical images to the
server, the image needs to be encrypted. Focusing on medical image secure retrieval in
cloud server, an encrypted medical image retrieval algorithm based on Discrete Wavelet
Transform (DWT) and DCT was proposed. Firstly, the image was encrypted in frequency
domain Secondly, the encrypted medical image was decomposed by wavelet to obtain the
sub-image close to the original image. According to the characteristics of Discrete Cosine
Transform (DCT), and the feature vector is extracted using LBP. Finally, the encrypted
medical image retrieval was achieved by comparing features of the image with the feature
vector database of the encrypted images Using SVM and Compared it with KNN classifier the
proposed algorithm improves the retrieval accuracy by nearly 40%. Thus, we can reduce
the Cloud storage security issues of data outsourcing and service leasing. users can upload
their encrypted data to the cloud computing platform, so they can’t worry about personal
privacy information will be leaked and misused.
