who, with all they can, helped me in making my On-the-Job Training a possible one.

To my parents and grandparents, for their unending love and support, for

providing all my needs financially and morally, for their patience and understanding

during my tiring days that I can’t help them in the chores, for their never fading advices

and for being there for me no matter what.

To my aunties and uncles, who serve as an inspiration to me, who keep on

encouraging me to always make the best out of everything and for their being proud

and ever supporting to me.

To the institution where I am studying, Catanduanes State University, where I

am continuously growing as a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Technology student

and to all the faculty members of the College and Business and Accountancy for giving

us, students, the opportunity to be educated without spending too much.

To all my professors who shared and continuously sharing their knowledge with

students like me and keep on molding me into a better person.

To the BlackBear Ventures Capital Corp employees, for their warm welcome

to me. To my Training Manager and Supervisor, Ma’am Metchie A. Castillo and to the

Top Management of the BlackBear Ventures Capital Corp, I am very grateful for

laughter and sorrows with.

Above all, to our Almighty God, for His unconditional love and for all the

blessings He is showering upon me each and every day of my life. With love and

gratitude, I thank Him for guiding me during my training and for making this On-the-

Job Training a possible one. For the provision and wisdom He has bestowed upon me,

for keeping me and my love ones always safe, for giving me enough knowledge and

ability to perform each task that was assigned to me and for the challenges He has given

me that made me stronger than ever. I thank Him for His comfort during the times that

I am about to give up. By His grace, I was able to finish this training without any

conflict.

Most of all, I thank Him for His Word that keeps on reminding me that “I can

do all things through Christ whp strengthens me.” (Phil. 4:13)

INTRODUCTION

On – the – Job Training or internship program is established for students to have

experience to the world of professionalism. A preparation for what is the real life after

being a student. A taste of life after the most awaited graduation of every student.

The chance of applying all the skills and knowledge acquired from school is

given by this program. All colleges and universities require their student to undergo

such program with a specific number of training hours as part of their curriculum. It

provides opportunities to undergo through the actual methodologies of a job using

productive tools and equipments in the real job. Learning new things from such

experience under the program, acquire professional skills and proper ethics in

workplace are some of the things to be learned. As a trainee, they are supervised to

boost their knowledge, confidence and also to perform jobs correctly. It also provides

wide opportunities for the trainee to choose his or her path of career.

Supervisors and other employees are in fact teaching the trainee on different

kinds of job, having patience and being sensitive to the needs of the trainee having the

consideration and mindset for the young generation. They also share their experiences

and knowledge to mold one’s student point of view in life.

Participation of companies to take part of molding student’s potential can be

truly beneficial not only for the company but also to the development of the economy

of the country. As future professionals, the trainee will sooner be a contributor of this

country. This is the reason why student should take their internship program seriously,

opening their minds to have an idea where and when will they take part and lift

themselves from being a student to become a career professional.

Nowadays, competition on acquiring a job became more competitive than

before. The reflection on this internship program will be significant in the future

references for searching a job. Performing well and doing the best effort on this training

will be brought along to the journey of having a career.
