Why you should hire me (my leadership skills and qualities)

As a part of the leadership community at my school I have acquired many skills that will be greatly
beneficial towards this company and the position to be filled. Being organized and meeting deadlines is
strength of mine. For example, I’ve always handed in assignments on time because I am able to manage
my time efficiently. I work well with other individuals, as I am a part of a leadership class that works in
groups to develop fundraising ideas. As such I have been given many responsibilities, such as
coordinating with my peers, to creatively come up with ideas that would benefit our school or the
charity we are working with, and handling any issues that come up while fundraising. I am a great leader
who also knows boundaries and not to overstep and I feel as if this line of work would be would be a
great match for me as I have many skills and qualities this job requires.
