He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11) Until now – 3,000 years later – people are still pursuing this elusive heart longing for immortality, the “fountain of youth” etc,. The prophets revealed many glimpses of this hope. God kept his promise and the long awaited Messiah finally came. Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and In the way of righteousness there is life; along that path immortality to light through the gospel.” (2 Timothy 1:10) is immortality.
