Please send me PARAMETERS OF Polyconic projection system and Everest india nepal datum for india if any one
has it.
CAUTION:
These DEM datasets are in "Geographic Coordinate System". You need to extract
the data for your area of interest and then convert these data into a "Project
Coordinate system" before using in SWAT interface.
If your study area is small, then we recommend using UTM projection for the
corresponding zone
with WGS 1984 as the spheroid
For large study area that may span multiple UTM zone, we recommend using the
standard projection used
by National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Hyderabad and ISRO as follows:
Projection: Lambert Conformal Conic
Linear Unit: Meter
False Easting: 4000000
False Northing:4000000
Central Meridian: 80
Standard Parallel 1: 35.172805555556
Standard Parallel 2: 12.472944444
Latitude of Origin: 24
Datum: WGS 1984
