Product Description Chemplast – PR 155 is a concrete plasticizer - retarder which is
used for concreting in tropical and hot climatic conditions.

Application Details
_______________________________________________________________________________
Dosage 0.3 – 0.8% by weight of cement. It is advisable to carry out trial
mixes to establish the exact dosage rate required.

Dispensing Chemplast – PR 155 is added to the gauging water prior to its
addition to the dry mix.

Concrete Placing The standard rules of good concreting practice (production as
well as placing) must also be observed when using
Chemplast – PR 155

Curing Fresh concrete must be cured properly, especially at high
temperatures in order to prevent plastic and drying shrinkage.
Use Chemcure products preferably.

Compatibility Chemplast – PR 155 can be combined with other admixtures. It
is also compatible with sulphate resistant cement and
Silica Fume.

Cleaning Clean all equipment and tools with water immediately after use.

Remarks When accidental overdosing occurs, the set retarding effect
increases during this period concrete must be kept moist in order
to prevent premature drying out.

Precautions 1. Accidental splashes to the skin must be washed off
with water and soap.

2. Accidental splashes to the eyes must be rinsed with


clean warm water. Seek medical attention without
delay.
