In line with the Commission's thrust, the provision of assistance to the students for the
achievement of quality, relevant and efficient education in the country as well as the
safeguarding and promotion of welfare of all higher education students, you are hereby
enjoined to prepare report on the CHED Regional initiatives and addressing the
following concerns:
