EID UL FITRI ABSENT NOTIFICATION LETTER

Referring to the above matter, I Ahmad Akid Noor Azlee, with metric number 201610009,
from Bachelor of Business Administration programme was unable to attend the classes for
four days specifically on 13, 18 and 21 June 2018.
2. The main reason on my absent during the period state was due to Eid Ul Fitri festive
that will be celebrated on 15 June 2018. As it was a once a year religious occasion for
Muslims all over the world, this celebration holds its importance for us Muslims to gather
together. Hence, as my hometown was located at a remote place in another state, due to that
my family had to plan our journey in advance to avoid being trapped in congested road.
3. As on 21 June 2018, I was invited as one of the representatives in a high tea session
with Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah binti Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah, Permaisuri Johor at
Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
4. Here, I state the classes that I was unable to attend during the period stated above:
i. BBA 31144 Strategic Decision Making (18 and 21 June 2018)
ii. BBA 33134 Lean Six Sigma Management (13 June 2018)
iii. BBA 31154 Total Quality Management (13 June 2018)
5. I hope that my plea would be considered. I shall be extremely beholden for this and
would like to seek for an apology for not attending classes. Hereby, I enclosed a copy of
details for the high tea session.
