Minutes of the meeting 06/01/2015

Members NOT present: Derrick, Pradyumna,Vishal Gupta,Vidya

Agenda:

 To discuss about the rounds.

 To discuss about the video making proceedings.
Proceedings:

The meeting started with a New year wish. Shreyas, Deevith, Divyanshu,Nandeesh,Gaurav
& Anand explained their rounds. Snidha told us that till now, we have 9 rounds and we
need atleast 20 rounds, also we have to give the list of required props as soon as possible so
we need to decide the rounds in time. First years have to come up with 2 rounds individually
in next meeting. Naissance’s date will be 29, 30 & 31st Jan.The total prize money for the
event will be 30k. The meeting started at 9:07p.m so Shreyas has asked us to be on time.
Attendance will be taken from the next meeting.
Second year’s said that they believe in our team and asked us to put our best efforts.

Responsibilities assigned:

Gaurav- Dry run of the round

Nandeesh –Come up with the write-up(2 companies B/S)

All the members of the team: First years have been asked to come up with 2 rounds.
Google doc has been sent to all,regarding participation in Naissance by Snidha. Fill it
without any fail by Wednesday 10 pm.
Video making team: Come up with the video on 8th .
Next meeting: Thursday, 08/01/2015, 21:00 hours
