    Agenda and Notes, Decisions, Issues:


    TOPIC DISCUSSION
    Academic Committee The officers discussed the need to fill up the
    vacancies in the Committee in order to meet the
    demands of the reviewees.
    Initial Plans for the month of June There will be a Starter Kit to be cared of by the
    Lex Circle in cooperation with the Bar
    Operations for the incoming freshmen law
    students and transferees. There will also be
    sizing for the blazes. Lastly, solicitation letters
    will be distributed.
    Initial Plans for the month of July Volunteers for the four Sundays on November
    will be initially picked.
    Initial Plans for the month of August The Mr. and Ms. Law during the acquaintance
    party will be handled by the BarOps. In addition,
    there will also be auction sale/raffle. Aside from
    the Acquaintance Party, Law Days will possibly
    be set on the same month. Hence, it was
    discussed that the BarOps would handle the
    UNIVERSITY OF SAN JOSE – RECOLETOS
    SCHOOL OF LAW
    CENTRAL BAR OPERATIONS
    Bingo Game and other Games in order to raise
    funds.
    Initial Plans for the month of September During the University Days and Intramurals
    week, it was agreed by the majority that there
    will still be a movie booth.
    Initial Plans for the month of October Full preparation for upcoming Bar Examination
    on November.
