MOTION FOR THE REDUCTION OF BAIL

ACCUSED, through his counsel and unto this Most Honorable

Court, most respectfully alleges that:

1. The accused was arrested on February 25, 2018, through an arrest

warrant issued by the Most Honorable Court, that the bail for the
provisional liberty of the accused is set in the amount of
P_______________________;

2. The accused is praying for the reduction of the bail set for his
provisional liberty to Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00), due to
the status in life of the accused; and

3. Should he be allowed to put up the bail, he undertakes to always

appear in Court on schedule and not to jump bail in the future.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, and in the interest of justice, it is

respectfully prayed of this Most Honorable Court to allow the accused
to post bail for his provisional liberty.
