Improving the classroom management of tough cases can be a long process. Sometimes
you'll find the key to changing behavior quickly, but most often it will take long classroom
interventions and dedicated effort. As teacher we have to be consistent, and if things seem to
be going wrong, back up and go back over the plan with the students. I realized to revised
plans and make adjustments as I teach while bearing in mind that class rules should be
maintained
.

INTERVENTIONS DID YOU USE AND WHY? HOW EFFECTIVE WERE YOUR
INTERVENTIONS?
The key word is actively engage the students, and establish good working relationship
with the students .Make sure that students will therefore be part of their learning through
open discussions that ensure effective participation for all students as they learn from me
and from each other. These steps will lead to equitable and democratic classroom that
will facilitate effective learning. As a teacher we have to deal them with calm, patient and
fair to all students in order to win their trust and create a favorable learning environment
for them to ask questions and get involve in their learning.

WHY OR HOW BENEFICIAL WAS/WERE IT/THEY?
I learned and I believed that classroom management is the key to have comfortable
and safe learning environment where the students can actively involved in different
learning activities. Thus creating this will help and ensures successful implementation and
school activities and curriculum implementation where all students can participate. The
most important part is by creating this will give positive report with the students and
encouraging them to succeed by using an engaging curriculum .I believe that this method
and strategies will help to minimize problems associated with behavior within the
classroom.
