I was graduated D1 Hospitality and Floating Hotel Program from Trans Ocean Yogyakarta in 2015. I am
able to use English both oral and written. Beside that, I am able to use computer literate (Microsoft
Office package) such as Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excell and internet.

I have experience in hospitality especially as Sales Admin. I ever worked at Merapi Merbabu Hotel
Yogyakarta. I have duty like :Quotations letter, Contract Rate, Confirmation letter, Incoming calls,
BEO&GEO, Reservation, Business listed, Prepare quotation letter for sales call, Check the store of sales,
VHP, Report (daily, weekly, monthly), Help sales executive, marketing communications, and sales
manager (sales members).

I still work at Satoria Hotel Yogyakarta as FB Sales (Daily Worker). I have duty like : up salling restaurants
products and give information to the guest about special promo and event in food beverage department
also hotel events. Based on my experience, I am familiar with hospitality job.
