COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
UNDERSIGNED PARTIES
And
1. Without going into the merits of the case and for the purpose of buying
peace, the SECOND PARTY agreed to settle the case amicably for the
subject check, by paying the total outstanding balance of ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS (P163,880.54) EXCLUSIVE OF INTEREST AND
PENALTIES, which the FIRST PARTY accepts subject to following
mutually acceptable terms and conditions:
1.2 That the SECOND PARTY shall pay the total amount of
(P50,000.00) within (5) months which agreed before
Philippine Mediation Center and attach thereof as
Annex “A”;
3. In case the SECOND PARTY fails to pay or violates any of the terms and
conditions of this compromise agreement, the unpaid balance shall
become due and demandable and the FIRST PARTY can move for the
issuance of a writ of execution to enforce the terms and conditions of this
compromise agreement or reinstatement of the case;
