ARAT Desain Internasional ARAT Desain is Indonesian based Design and Business Strategy

A brief History Started Aryoatmojo (later changed to ARAT) since our last year
in university. Radityo, Ryo, & Rizky goes to Prasetiya Mulya
Business School taking business & marketing major, mean-
while Aryo taking Interior & Architecture design in Pelita
Harapan University (UPH). Radityo then continue his study in
Milan, and now officially hold a tittle MBD (Master of Business
Design.

Leadership By Design Having a mission to chance the perception and uplift the role of
designer especially in Indonesia, Aryo, Radityo, Rizky, & Ryo
came with a statement of Leadership By Design.

Progression for a Sustain Business

PAXI Barbershop has already established since 1999. They initially


opened their first store at one of the shopping centers located in South
Jakarta. Since then, they have around 20 branches in Indonesia.

As time goes by, now we see barbershop is all around the city. They grow
fast and now they have their own market. Although PAXI’s market is
different, still they need improvement and some fresh ideas to indicate
transformation and modernization.

We come up with the idea of transforming PAXI Barbershop into PAXI


Plush; a more sophisticated barbershop with wider range of services
including shoe shine presented with a premium taste.

WIth PAXI Plush, customer would feel the development and moderniza-
tion of PAXI Barberhshop.

The Manual of standard / guidelines spaces specifications is the


reference document on buildings used both internally by the
company and by the company’s external partners.

Therefore, the technical standards with which Company buildings


must comply are set out in the Manual of standard building specifi-
cations and approved by its Management Board. With this manual
standards, Company’s buildings would have an identical type of
buildings.

This was our solution for a company with a need of many build-
ings/ retail store and keep their identity preserve, so they can
replicate the design essence massively.

not seem ready for a modern housing.

So we decide to make their house one step better than the previ-
