Introduction

My pre-practice was a new experience because I learned about my new

teacher. The students are different; they ask you a lot of things. For me
this was good and unique.

My first day, we were with second grade, the institute is big (I studied
here) the teachers and the principal knew me. I started with my
observation, then with my auxiliary. I presented for my new students, I
knew to some of them. My observation, I saw the institute of another way,
because when you are in front of the class everything is different, you want
the attention, the interest of them and I gave it. I was surprised with the
level of the guys, they are good. I remember that my teacher started with
the “Verb to be” to first grade then “Present Simple” with second grade
and an activity I liked was the “Family Tree”, they were speak in English,
with their material, was so emotional because they were talking about
their family.

My auxiliary started with the attend, I was reading the names, checking
the homework in their notebooks, helping with the questions to the
teacher, explain some differences and I felt happy because it was different
with my work.

I hope you like this final report…..

Report of the Observation Stage

My first day at the institute I presented in front of my students, the

principal and the teachers gave me the welcome and recommendations
about the course. I was nervous because I studied in the institute, and back
as a teacher (practiced), it was amazing because in this case I learned a lot
of things like: Games, tools, and the different types of students, the teacher
share with me his material.

I visited all the classrooms and I was impressed with the level of the
students, maybe it does not the best but they are good in their English. The
first stage of observation I learned to see the feelings, the questions of each
student and the importance to pay attention to others. Some boys and girls
ask me my career and the university I am studying, I explained them the
objective and another questions. The teacher Ricardo gave his class with
energy but I saw that he does not has a plan of the topic, it was like a paper
with the information of the internet and that is all, but I can say he is good
for his classes.

This experience was good to prepare for my Practiced Supervised.

Report of the auxiliary Stage
In this part of my pre-practice I can to talk more with the
students, learn about the different ways to show our class. I did
some games with him according to the topic, the teacher told
me that I can help him with the assistance, borrow the
blackboard and see the students were doing theirs homework’s.
I was happy because for me it is a new experience.

The most important things are that I can help my institute

because I studied here and I back as a teacher and I felt so
grateful with the life. I was working with first, second and third
grade, sometimes the teachers had meetings and I supported
him with the students. This was a good opportunity to help the
guys as a new teacher for them, but also I helped the teacher to
check the homework and value the job of each student, and I
like to work with them and I hope to do my practice in the same
place.

I enjoy this part of my career and learn other mythologies of

teaching and learning and then apply to my work and my
students.

CONCLUSION

This experience gave new mythology about the teaching-learning English of the basic
school. Furthermore we have to remember always that as teachers we do not have to
give a bad treat to our students, because we do not really know if they have problems at
home, is better if we look up for information and apply a good strategy to change the
undesired behavior of the student. I learned many things of my teacher, the new games
and ways to interest to student.

59
Recommendation
Our last year have new experiences about the career we choose
and the pre-practice was one of them, it is important because as
teachers the experience in the classroom, students and the
processing of teacher it is primordial in our life.

This experience gave me new dreams about my life, and I am sure

that with my practice I am will to work more to be a good English
teacher.
