Josh Warren Appointed as SVP to Lead ABD M&A Advisory Practice, Focusing

on Risks Faced by Alternative Asset Managers and ABD Clients

appointment of Josh Warren as Senior Vice President of the ABD M&A Advisory Practice. The success
of the practice since its initial launch last year (Press Release) makes the hiring of Josh very timely as
ABD looks to scale the business nationally. The ABD team has won a number of Private Equity and VC
Liability deals; the high-level of interest is driving the need to expand the team and capabilities offered.
