Good day, sir! I am Hesam S. Tajirul, a Registered Radiologic Technologist. It has come to my
knowledge that the application for the Entrance Examination for the Philippine National Police will
commence on July 30 to August 3, 2018. As one of the requirements for the said examination, it is
unfortunate that I am slightly deficient in my height qualification. However, as a remedy provided by the
NAPOLCOM, a height waiver may be submitted by the applicant if his/her height falls not below 1.57m.
With that, I would like to make use of this remedy as my height is 1.59m.

I am willing to comply the other requirements provided by the Commission such as the
Certificate of Confirmation (COC) from the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples or
the Certificate of Muslim Filipino Tribal Membership (CTM) from the National Commission on Muslim
Filipinos. I am hoping for your kindest consideration in this matter.
