Ms. MITCHIE BAUTISTA

S.P.A.C.E., MANUEL L. QUEZON UNIVERSITY
Quezon City

Dear Ms. Bautista:

I am a concerned student of this reputable educational institution. In behalf of

the students of SPACE - MLQU, I am writing this letter to respectfully address the
issues and concerns of most of the students in the SPACE, MLQU, to wit:

1. Unsanitary Comfort Rooms (both for men and women), most especially
during Saturdays;
2. Trash bins are not being used properly;
3. No permanent class rooms during Saturdays;
4. The inconsiderate noise that the Graduate Students are making
notwithstanding the ongoing classes during Saturdays;
5. Limited utilization of school facilities particularly the use of tables and
chairs in the lobby;
6. Inadequate lighting in the parking area;
7. Disturbing loud noise in the library which is supposed to be a quiet area,
worse, classes are being held in the library;
8. No other reading / study room for students when the library is full; and
9. Library’s closing time is too early albeit the fact that most of the students
are working.

Further, it is also our purpose to call your attention regarding one of your
employees; a certain property manager who is a braggart and untidy in wearing his
uniform of which show unprofessionalism on his part.

It is with utmost belief that the very priority of the school and the management
is to give the best and quality education for its students as well as to ensure that
school facilities are well-maintained which results to an environment which is
conducive to learning.

Hoping for your preferential attention on this matter.

Thank you very much. God Bless and more power.

Concerned MLQU Student
