ANNEX 5

Compulsory

A. Chamfer on the bearing surface of bolts, angle of 15 ° (Fig. 5).

S -size turnkey

Damn. 5

Two. Blunting the edges of the square or hexagon to the reference surface or end face of the
bolt head and nut bearing surface height of not more than 0.25 bolt head or nut (Fig. 6).

Damn. 6

Three. Rounding of the edges of the square or hexagon should not show the diameter of the
circumscribed circle of the smallest size limit.

4. Rounding belt heads with bolts and screws with countersunk and raised countersunk head
and edges from bolts and screws with round heads and cylindrical, the diameter must not
print heads for the smallest size limit.

Five. Nedopressovka allowed as a semi-circular cut-off tops, spherical and Oval heads, if the
diameter of the cut area does not exceed 30% of the nominal diameter of the head of the class
A accuracy of 40% of the nominal diameter of the head for accuracy classes B and C.

Nedopressovka should not display the height of the head of the smallest size limit.

6. The slope of the generator head is not more than 5 ° and the world at the upper end of the
head should not show the height of the cylinder head for the largest size limit (Fig. 7).

Damn. 7

7. Reducing the minimum diameter of the head in the direction of the slot shall not exceed:

0.3 mm-diameter screw thread to 2 mm;

0.6 mm, with screw thread diameter over 2 mm to 6 mm;

0.8 mm screw-threads with a diameter over 6 mm.

Eight. Reducing the minimum diameter and secret semi-circular heads in the direction of
whisker or ribs, square neck should not exceed:

0.6 mm-diameter bolt with a head of up to 30 mm;

0.8 mm-diameter bolt with a head more than 30mm.

9. Blunting of the corners square neck should not lead to the turning of screws and the control
matrix.

10. Thickening of the diameter of the rod under the head bolts and screws. For product
classes of accuracy A and B, no more than:

0.05 mm over a length of 5 mm thread diameter to 16 mm;

0.1 mm over a length of 8 mm thread diameter from 16 to 27 mm;

0.2 mm over a length of 10 mm thread diameter exceeding 27 mm.

For products with accuracy class is not a limit on the deviation of zero tolerance + JT 14 on
the length of the two nominal diameters of the thread.
11. Oblique section of the rod width not exceeding:

single-thread pitch for accuracy classes A and B;

two-step thread for the accuracy class C.

Damn. 8

12. Countersink the holes for the pin-diameter of 1.5 diameter aperture.

13. The slope of the walls of the slot (the angle of a-feature. 9) no more than:

3 °-accuracy class A;

5 °-accuracy for classes B and C.

Damn. 9

14. Allowed the center hole on the front of the head and shaft.

15. Allowed no end bevel for product accuracy class C with a rolled thread screws and rods
accuracy class A and B with rolled threads.

By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer may be the lack of end chamfers
on rods of bolts and studs accuracy classes A and B with a rolled thread.

16. Allowed rounding of the upper end of the head instead of a bevel bolt with a hollow in the
head.
