PENDAHULUAN

Pengecekan daftar gambar desain adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh “QUALITY
MANAGEMENT PROJECT”. Manajemen mutu proyek mencakup proses yang dilakukan untuk
memastikan bahwa proyek akan memenuhi kebutuhan yang dimilikinya.

RINCIAN KEGIATAN

 ANALISA

Pengecekan daftar gambar desain yang dilakukan oleh tim quality management project dari
perusahaan, terdapat 2 sistem yaitu sistem manual dan sistem online. Saya menggunakan sistem
online, Dimana QC manager telah membuat aplikasi yang di dalamnya tersedia daftar-daftar
spesifikasi gambar yang menjadi standard dalam sebuah gambar desain proyek, sehingga dapat
mempermudah proses pengecekan daftar gambar desain. Yang saya lakukan dalam pengcekan
daftar gambar desain yaitu :

1. Membuka wabsite yang telah di berikan dari QC manager;

2. Melakukan pengecekan daftar gambar desain dengan menceklish pilihan (Yes) jika daftar
gambar sudah tersedia dan (No) jika daftar gambar belum tersedia, dan mengkoreksi serta
memberikan saran judul gambar yang kurang tepat;
3. Membuat kesimpulan per-tiap desain drawing (drawing type A & B Standard, drawing type A
& B corner dan drawing infrastruktur).
