Junard Lacandula asks the officers about foods and drinks to be prepared to cooperatives
students on acquaintance party.

Rica Montemayor suggest spaghetti

Angelica suggest puto
Ma. Crezza suggest water
Mark Laurence suggest hamburger
Marl Laurence tells that our budget is P4,000 for this event therefore we need to maintain.

Rica move to conduct voting

Ma. Crezza second the motion
Junard: It has been move and seconded that we conduct voting.

Spaghetti – 5
Puto – 1
Hamburger – 4
Water – 3
Softdrink – 4

Junard: We prepare spaghetti, hamburger and softdrink because this is the final decision of
majority.

Jeric and Rica take the responsibility to canvass regarding to their prices.

Jeric Aniban report the previous meeting
Mark Laurence Franzuela reports the financial statement on the acquaintance party.

Junard Lacandula: Our budget is P1,000 for teambuilding, is there an objection? Raise your
hand if you are satisfied with that budget. (Majority raise)
Junard Lacandula: Budget is already solved, lets come to location of the event.
Chona Madulid: I suggest, White Beach.
Junard Lacandula: Is there any other suggestion? (No other suggestion)
Junard Lacandula: Since there is no other suggestion, we will conduct teambuilding at the
White Beach.
Junard Lacandula: Our topic for this time is all about foods and drinks during teambuilding.

Rica Montemayor: I suggest pancit.

Arthur Evarisco: I suggest mineral water.
Jeric Aniban: I suggest adobo.

Junard Lacandula: We need first to canvass the prices of ingredients to know if our budget is
enough.

Ellysa Carduce and Jeric Aniban take the responsibility to canvass for the prices.
