Our solution is wizard operated. If you can answer the

The simple form let you make the sale on paper and
processing data afterward. The semi assisted form let the
user complete the clients information and the first
payment, the administration complete then the folder. The
assisted form where everything is done with the customer

We have also integrated a complete and very
sophisticated security management system which enables
you to define operating limits for each employee. Easy to use

The e4Soft software suite proposes proven member, client and guest management,
access control, courses, coaches and booking. Our solution relies on a programming
language that enables it to meet the needs of both small and larger ski centres. The
underlying data base, which complies with SQL norms, is free of charge for our
clients. However, if you prefer, you can also use our solution on SQL server,
Oracle, Informix or any other known data base in native mode. Nothing but
advantages for you.

Membership
Sophisticated member management with the possibility of follow-up for your
marketing department. Custom printing for your membership cards adapted to your
needs, including banking card-type passes. We can use RFID cards or biometrics.
Integrated management for the monthly payment of membership fees by pre-
authorized payments to banking services (EFT).

Access control
The access control can manage a little club having just a turnstyle but also a 24 hours
fitness with more that ten doors to manage. But our access control system is mostly a
customer relationship management (CRM), you will be surprise how our system will
enhance your customer satisfaction.

Boutique/Bar
Comprehensive product management with inventory management and product order
assistance. Sales and statistics reports by product and product group. Management
of advanced bar codes.

Credit or debit cards payments


The point of sale integrates payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or
debit card to any bank you do business with. Transactions are processed by TCP-
IP and each operation takes less than 3 seconds (depending on Internet speed). This
is where you start saving because you no longer have to rent a point of sale terminal.
In most cases, you will also benefit from a preferential rate for your operations.

Booking
The booking module makes it possible to reserve a private lesson in less than 7
seconds. You can program a text message booking confirmation on your client’s cell
phone.

Coachs
You can manage your monitors’ schedules for the monitors’ own personal planning
and to include their timetable in the reservation schedule. If you use e4Punch, you
can also produce reports on the hours worked and export them to send them to your
payroll service.

Group courses
You can define all courses with as many different levels as you like. You can create
several groups for the same course. The system manages possible conflicts over the
number of weeks planned during course booking.

Messaging
Manage the relation with your client with our messaging module. Your client can
register a message while you are outside de centre and he will have your answer
automatically on his next check-in. You can program automtic messages (credit card
expiration, birthday,....) with the actions that you want that the front desk takes.

Management and security


Product configuration and point of sale operations are managed centrally. The
system supervisor himself can determine each employee’s security level including
specific fields or phrasing. For each work station, the supervisor decides which
specialized point of sale system to use. Possibility of using configuration groups to
simplify security configuration.

Statistics and reports


The report and statistics module is delivered with the reports requested the most
frequently by ski centres. Each new report added by our team is put at the ski
centres’ disposal at each update (if you have subscribed for technical support). A
report writer is included with this module. It enables you to create your own
requests and your own reports. There’s no need to wait for our team to intervene.
You remain the owner and master of your data. All data selected is exportable in
excel, word and xml format.

implementation of our solution.
