LETTER OF TENDER

LOOSE FURNITURE WORKS FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF ECOPARK CAMPUS - BRITISH

UNIVERSITY VIETNAM (PHASE 1A) AT ECOPARK TOWNSHIP, VAN GIANG DISTRICT, HUNG YEN
PROVINCE, VIETNAM FOR BRITISH UNIVERSITY VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED

Sirs,

1. The undersigned does hereby tender and offer to execute and perform the works and provisions and supply
all labour and materials and everything of every kind respectively named, shown, described and alluded to
in, or to be inferred from (for the following alternative tenders): -

a. For alternative Tender ‘A’ & ‘B’ – the Conditions of Tendering, Conditions of Contract, the attached
Appendix, Bills of Quantities and Drawings to be executed and supplied on the part of the
Contractor, for the Works as described in conformity with the said Bill of Quantities and Drawings
and under and subject to the said Conditions of Contract for the firm price named herein below.

2. The undersigned agrees to complete the works within: -

a. Alternative Tender ‘A’ based on Consultant Design for the Works within a fixed completion period of
Six (6) weeks,

b. Alternative Tender ‘B’ based on Contractor Proposal for the Works within a period of Eight (8)
weeks exclude TET, and/or

from the date of possession of site or within such extended time as the Conditions of Contract provides.

3. The total amount of this tenders in accordance with the Summary of Tender for: -

a. Alternative Tender ‘A’ based on Consultant Design for the Works is the firm Price Sum of Vietnam
Dong:
Thirteen billion, five hundred seventy two million, four hundred thirty thousand, four hundred and
sixty seven (VND 13,572,430,467), and/or
b. Alternative Tender ‘B’ based on Contractor Proposal for the Works is the firm Price Sum of
Vietnam Dong:
Thirteen billion and five hundred million (VND 13,300,000,000).

4. Whereas it is understood that you reserve to yourself the right to accept or refuse this tender, whether it be
lower or higher than any other tender, or of the same amount and the undersigned agrees that this tender
shall remain valid and shall not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days from the date for closing tender.

5. The undersigned desires to be permitted to tender in due course for the following work which the
undersigned in the ordinary course of business directly carries out and for which Prime Cost Sums have
been included in the amount of the tender: -

6. The undersigned agrees that in the event of the Employer’s acceptance of this tender, to deposit
the Performance Security, the Contractor’s Plant / Machinery Insurance. Contractor’s All Risk
Policy and Workmen’s Compensation and produce the receipt paid for inspection before the date
of possession site.

7. The undersigned confirm that the following Addenda have been taken into account in their
tender:-

8. The undersigned confirms, after personal scrutiny that the documents and the drawings used by
the undersigned in compiling this tender are true copies of the Tender Table documents.

9. The undersigned agrees that until a formal agreement is prepared and executed, this together
with your written acceptance shall constitute a legal and binding Contract between us.
