Command List for using Dragon Naturally Speaking Software

After reading a paragraph, apply the following commands

Note:
DON’T GIVE PAUSE BETWEEN THE COMMANDS.
Connect Your Microphone Firstly Before Launch Dragon.
Steps to start working:-
1. Double Click Dragon Icon to Start the Program
2. To Switch the Microphone On/Off Press F2
3. Say “Open Microsoft Word”
4. If increase the window size say "Click Maximize"
5. If increase font size say "Set font size 10-120"
6. Start Dictating...say "Next Line" or "Next Paragraph"
If some word is Spell wrong:-
Say "Select That" or "select the word"
It will show choices to choose from Say "choose 1-10"
If the correct word is not in the list then...
Say "spell that" then speak/type the spelling
Then say "Click Train" Pronounce the word
Then say " Click Go" and say word "Click Done "This will add the new word to
vocabulary

8. Delete Last 2 word or 3 words 8. Increase Indent/Decrease
9. Right Align That Indent (Sub Paragraph)
10. Centre That 9. Create 3 By 4 Table (Create

14. Close Window Add New Word)
