    RE: Justification for additional participants in the Gawad Saka Scrapbook


    Preparation and AVP Workshop

    More participants from the provinces and other attached agencies insisted that additional
    slots be reserved for them so that the rationale of the workshop be more effectively and
    efficiently propagated.
    Thus, the undersigned opted to accommodate more participants as the need for more
    people to propagate the skills acquired in the workshop become more prevalent.
    The move was actually more beneficial to the Regional Office since more participants
    were accommodated, trained and briefed to improve our chances in the National Gawad
    Saka.
