M O T I O N TO R E D U C E B O N D

ACCUSED___________, assisted by the Public Attorney’s Office,

through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully states THAT :

1. Accused is languishing at the Provincial Rehabilitation Center

of__________, __________;

2. The bond for the release of the accused is fixed at TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00);

3. Accused wishes to avail their constitutional right to bail but the

amount recommended is way beyond their financial capacity;

4. With the help of his family and relatives , accused can only post a
bond of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00);

5. On the foregoing ground and in the interest of justice and

humanitarian consideration, accused plead for this Honorable Court’s
compassion by allowing them to post a bail bond of P100, 000. 00 each.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that the

request for reduction of the amount of bond to P100, 000 be favorably acted
on by this Honorable Court.
