Report Public The EDM Data Services Report folder structure is maintained by TM Reporting in
Folder CMC. Only TM Reporting has access to place End User Reports in the folders.

End Users can view the saved Global Reports under Public Folders in Webi

Business Partner This Universe will allow reporting against BackOffice mirrored SAP ECC Vendor
NEA-EDM master and Customer master tables from the ECC Production clients (PRD 500 and
Universe PRM Tenant Clients).
Data sourced from MS SQL Server EDM DS Data Hub

CMT ECC Provides ad hoc reporting capabilities against the ECC Change Management Tool
Universe data. CMT is used as the request mechanism and process for the creation of new
Material Masters (GMIDs).

Hierarchies ECC- This universe provides the ability to report against any Hierarchy defined and
EDM Universe resident in the SAP ECC Generic Hierarchy table: /DOW/MI_HIRE_NOD.
Data sourced from MS SQL Server EDM DS Data Hub
/DOW/MI_HIRE - Hierarchy Table
/DOW/MI_HIRE_NT - Hierarchy Nodetype Table
/DOW/MI_HIRE_NOD - Hierarchy Node Values Table

These tables should be flatten to a separate table (These will be a BODS DPP jobs -
EDM Team will create)
UNSPSC Hierarchy - Extract records from /DOW/MI_HIRE_NOD
where HIER-CODE = Z00438 with the current effective dated
rows
Purchasing Category Hierarchy - Extract records from DOW/MI_HIRE_NOD
where HIER-CODE = Z00436 with the current effective dated
rows
Geo-Business Hierarchy - Extract records from DOW/MI_HIRE_NOD
where HIER-CODE = 000001 with the current effective dated
rows

SAP ECC IDOC This universe contains IDOC records for EDM objects: Customer, Vendor, Material,
Universe Material Classification, Material BOMs, Price Conditions, Contracts, and Purchase
Orders.
Data sourced from Oracle EIM Data Hub.
It main purpose is used to build the Post Load report after a BODS Mass Update job
is executed.
It only contains IDOCs that were created in the last 30 days with an IDOC Type
(EDIDC.IDOCTP) = 'CREMAS04', 'MATMAS05, 'DEBMAS06', 'CLFMAS02',
'PORDCH01', ' COND_A04’, 'BOMMAT04', or 'PURCONTRACT_CHANGE01'
The Universe contains the following ECC SAP IDOC tables:
EDIDC - Control record (IDOC)
EDIDS - Status Record (IDOC) - Join on the IDOC numbers from EDIDC
EDID4 - IDOC Data Records from 4.0 onwards - Join on the IDOC numbers from
EDIDC
TEDS2 - Short description of IDOC status values

Material NEA- ECC Material Master NEA Universe – Contains all the SAP Material Master tables
EDM Universe Data sourced from MS SQL Server EDM DS Data Hub
