Matter taken up in pursuance of the previous order, which

transpires that the instant matter was adjourned for filing protest petition
and incidental proceedings.
Despite court notice issued to the complainant, none has
appeared on its behalf nor any intimation received. Matter was called
several times since morning, it is already 03:50pm, accordingly there is no
justification for waiting further.
File perused. It ex facie appears that the complainant is no
more interested in pursuing further with the instant matter and the
incidental proceedings.
In the substantial interest of justice and on the perusal of the
material available, in the given circumstances, he is left with no other
option expect to accept the aforementioned report submitted by the police,
without prejudice to the rights of the parties/complainant inclusive of the
