Praktik pendidikan dan pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh

Rasulullah Saw ternyata mampu melahirkan ‘murid-murid’ yang
sukses. Beliau memiliki metode pengajaran yang layak untuk
diaktualisasikan agar bisa mencetak peserta didik yang selaras
dengan cita-cita al-Qur’an dan al-Hadits. Praktik pendidikan dan
pengajaran Rasulullah Saw yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai profetik
sangat perlu untuk dikaji kembali kemudian diformulasikan
sedemikian rupa sehingga tetap aktual dan relevan. Oleh karena
itu, dalam penelitian ini ada dua fokus kajian yang akan dibahas,
yakni: Pertama, bagaimana metode Rasulullah Saw dalam
mengajarkan shalat dalam kitab Shah{i>h} Muslim? Kedua,
bagaimana relevansi metode Rasulullah Saw dalam mengajarkan
shalat dengan metode pendidikan modern?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan
jenis penelitian pustaka (library research). Sumber data utama
dalam penelitian ini adalah Kitab Shah{i>h} Muslim. Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi.
Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode
content analysis dan metode komparasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa:
Pertama, metode-metode pengajaran yang digunakan oleh
Rasulullah Saw untuk mengajarkan shalat dalam kitab
Shah{i>h} Muslim para sahabatnya adalah: ceramah (al-
maw’izhah), tanya jawab (al-as’ilah wa ajwibah), bercerita (al-
qishah), metafora (al-amtsal), imitasi (al-qudwah), demonstrasi
dan dramatisasi (al-tathbiq), dan pemberian janji dan ancaman
(targhib wa tarhib). Dari sekian banyak metode tersebut, yang
paling sering digunakan Rasulullah dalam mengajarkan shalat
adalah metode demontrasi/praktik langsung dan keteladanan.
Kedua, dari seluruh metode pengajaran ibadah (shalat) yang
digunakan oleh Rasulullah Saw, apabila dicari relevansinya
dengan metode-metode pengajaran saat ini, maka akan
diketahui bahwa metode pengajaran Rasulullah Saw tersebut
masih relevan dengan metode-metode pengajaran modern,
bahkan bisa dikatakan bahwa metode pengajaran Rasulullah
sebenarnya merupakan peletak dasar dari metode-metode
pengajaran modern yang ada saat ini, sebab tidak ada satu pun
dari metode-metode pengajaran Rasulullah tersebut yang tidak
terpakai.

The practice of education and teaching by Rasulullah Saw

was able to produce successful 'disciples'. He has a teaching
method that is worthy of being actualized in order to create
learners in line with the aims and purposes of the Qur'an and
Hadith. The practice of Rasulullah Saw education and teaching
which is full of prophetic values is very necessary to be reviewed
and then formulated in such a way that it remains actual and
relevant. Therefore, in this study there are two focuses of study
that will be discussed; First, how the method of the Prophet in
teaching the prayers in the book of Sahih Muslim? Second, how is
the relevance of the method of the Prophet in teaching Salat with
modern educational methods?
This research used a qualitative approach with the type of
library research. The main source of data in this study is the
Shah{i>h} Muslim. Data collection technique used is
documentation method. While the data analysis method used is
the method of content analysis and comparative method.
Based on the research result, it can be conclused that:
First, the teaching methods used by Rasulullah Saw to teach the
prayers in the Shah{i>h} Muslim book of his companions are:
lecturing (al-maw'izhah), questioning (al-as'ilah wa al-ajwibah),
story telling (al-qisshah), metaphoring (al-amtsal), imitating (al-
qudwah), demonstrating (al-tathbiq), and promising and
threating (targhib wa tarhib). Of the many methods, the most
frequently used by Rasulullah Saw in teaching prayer is
demonstration method or direct practice and exemplary. Second,
of all the methods of worship used by Rasulullah Saw, when
sought its relevance to the methods of teaching today, it will be
known that the method of Rasulullah Saw is still relevant to the
methods of modern teaching, even it can be said that the
method of Rasulullah Saw is actually the foundation of the
modern teaching methods which exist currently, because none of
the methods of Rasulullah Saw is unused.
