Theme: Modernization and Social Culture Change
Subtheme: Social Cultural Change as the Influence of Modernization
Time Allocation: three times face-to-face

A. Core Competences

environment as a result of modernization.

3.4.2 Explaining the positive impact of socio-cultural change in the community as the influence
of modernization

modernization
4.4.1 To review alternative ways to overcome social problems as a result of modernization.

1. The first meeting: 2 hour lesson

observation. Example:
• What changes is happening in the
society?
• What are causing the changes in the
society?
• What are the influences of
modernization about the changes that
occur in the society?

representative group was asked to write

a) Students were asked to collect
information / data to answer questions that
have been formulated from various
sources, such as reading textbooks and
other relevant references, including
internet

people in the modern era nowadays? Why
the change of values, attitudes or behavior
occurs in the society?

board.

of ten (10) said randomized to either flat
or declining. The word is related to
changes in the value of attitudes in society
as the influence of modernization.
