Dear Winson,

My family went to Port Dickson during the last school holidays. We

trekked through the forest reserve to visit the historic lighthouse in Cape
Rachado. The lighthouse was built by the Portuguese to guide their ships
when they conquered Malacca in 1511.

We also visited the ostrich farm. At the farm, we learnt how to

handle big ostrich eggs. I even took a ride on the big bird. Later we had
ostrich burger and satay too. It was quite an experience to taste ostrich
meat.

refused to release the nightingale. The hawk said, ‘It is better to keep what
I have now than to wait for something I may not get.’

How are you? I’m so happy to know that you have started to go jogging
every day. It’s a good form of exercise.

There are things to remember when you go jogging. First, always warm
up with stretching exercise to prevent injuries. Next, make sure that you
drink sufficient water before, during and after jogging. Wear proper, well-
cushioned sports shoes to prevent injury to your ankles and feet. Wear
clothes made of materials that allow your body heat to lose easily, for
example cotton.

Tale note of these small particulars and you will be able to keep fit
