One of the most common diseases in our country is hypertension, which is nothing
more than blood pressure. For this daily people die, one of the main reasons why it is
very common, it is due to the high temperatures that we live today.

I get up at 5:50 am to go to the gym, then when I recharge at 8:00 am I take a bath, and
then I start doing household chores, how to make breakfast, cook my son, cook, wash
dishes, other thing. After lunch at 1:00 p.m. I sit down to watch TV, and at 2:00 p.m. I
bathe and sleep my son. Finally, my day ends at 10:00 when I go to bed.
