Common Problem:

Software: For some applications / software there are some cases of resolution problem encounter.
Especially for the applications such as games. Some of them open full window in default but
there are cases that it was open window and sometimes only half of the screen occupied. Even if
you fix the setting in the application it does not affect the output of the screen.

How to fix: There are several ways to fix that.

- Is by make force of the application to be run in normal mode. Right click the application
> Run> Pick Normal mode option in “Normal, Maximize, Minimize”

- By changing the resolution of your screen by Right click on the screen > choose Screen
Resolution > Choose Resolution in the resolution drop down menu.

- If the 2 didn’t work maybe the setting of the application by putting it the same with the
screen resolution.

Hardware: Shortcut Virus encounter. If you have encounter shortcut folder in flash drive and all
of your files are gone yet the space in the Flash drive doesn’t decrease, you can fix it simply.
How to fix: First is show all hidden files affected by the shortcut virus. There are two ways.
1.) Finding it by clicking View in the ribbon of the dialog box > Folder Options > Pick “Show
hidden files, folders and drive” > Uncheck all the files that you will unhide down to Show and
Hide option
2.) By typing the commands in command prompt, first type drive letter (F:) Press enter, Then,
type (attrib -s -h -r /s /d or if you didn’t type Drive letter first the type (attrib -s -h -r /s /d F:\*_*).

Then, back up the files to your computer. Format the flash drive (uncheck the quick format). You
can now use Flash drive without shortcut virus.
